Bibì Bibò mini-rolls are easy to digest thanks to long leavening and slow toasting times. Adding a pinch of sugar gives them a slightly sweet, delicate flavour, making them ideal for breakfast and as a snack. They are made with extra virgin olive oil and without preservatives, and are available in packaging inspired by the original packs of the 1950s.
